Perfect staff provided a warm welcome with attentive service. The cozy room came with comfortable chairs and beautiful decor. The advertised superiority of the room fell short-it overlooked a noisy road and felt no larger than others I've experienced. Breakfast was underwhelming with small portions and slow service, even at the bar. Despite these drawbacks, the setting was lovely and the positive aspects, like the warm atmosphere and friendly staff, stood out.

The location is very central, walk from a museum and a theater. It has immensely pleasant staff with good service.

Got very well decorated room with dyson fan when arrived, truly enjoyed that. The location was ideal and unbeatable, close enough to the shops and the theatre and the Olive Tree restaurant with both buffet and hot dishes. Spent our evenings in nearby Aqua Restaurant & Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

I enjoyed the close proximity to the sights of Bath, all within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant and the restaurant was excellent. Hotel staff all helpful and friendly. Nice to have the car taken and brought back when needed.
The only problem for us was that my mother has difficulty walking up and down stairs and there were still a few in both directions before reaching our rooms or the dining room even while using the lift.

Newly remodelled room with astonishing views to the hills in the distance. Ideal and quiet location, only a short distance to everywhere. Easy check-in, late check-out.

Great hotel, rooms very clean. Might get a bit hot in mid-summer as no air-con just a portable fan. Spacious and quiet - a relaxing stay. Had help with luggage to/from car and car was taken swiftly to parking area.
Fine if you are able but don't stay here if you have a mobility problem as it is at the top of a large hill.

Staff were incredibly helpful, room was very comfortable and spacious.
Noise from drunken passers by in the street, Not hotels fault!

Charming historic decor, beautiful courtyard gardens, spacious suites available
Inconsistent temperature control!!! It would be nice if the thermostat was checked before guests arrive. The layout can be a maze!!!

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to help. The complimentary valet service was very much appreciated as the area is very busy. The hotel feels like you are in a luxury version of your own place that landed in a lovely city.
A little bit expensive even though I went through Booked.net. Breakfast was very nice but only served through 10 on saturdyas and 10:30 on sunday. I definitely recommand the "same same but different" bar 100 m away who served the best breakfast I ever had and for a very good price, cheaper and better than at the hotel and open through 1:30 pm...

The hotel was very nice, with a nice lounge and bar for guests to use. It also has a nice garden. I told the hotel that our stay was a special occassion and they upgraded our room. The room was very comfortable and was not noisy at night. We only stayed one night and did not have breakfast as we thought it was a bit expensive. The staff were attentive and catered for our needs promptly. We liked the valet service to park our car.
There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and if we had not been upgraded it would have been a bit on the pricey side. We did not need air conditioning but I would imagine that it could be very uncomfortable in the summer months.

The Superior Double Room features stylish decor and a spacious layout. The lounge area with complimentary drinks available during the day adds a lovely touch for relaxation after exploring nearby attractions.
While the room itself was nice, a few inconveniences popped up, the absence of tea or coffee facilities was disappointing, particularly for an overnight stay. The radiator didn't kick in the next morning which left things a bit chilly, and one of the towels had an unappealing brown mark. Be prepared for hefty prices for meals-breakfast is £25 per person, and dinner is even more. I encountered very disturbing music late on Friday night, made it hard to sleep, indicating a need for better sound insulation in the building.
